Booking Time Please use the room only during your reserved hours. Entry is available up to 15 minutes before, and we ask that you vacate the space within 15 minutes after your session. 2. Capacity The room can accommodate up to 6 people. For safety and comfort, please do not exceed this. 3. Food & Drinks Light snacks, lunch and drinks are welcome. Please avoid strong-smelling food. 4. Equipment Use Treat the screen, cables, whiteboard, and furniture with care. If you experience any issues, let us know immediately. 5. Decorations No tape, stickers, blue tack, or anything that may damage walls, floors, or furniture.
